Shipping policy

All items are carefully packed and inspected before dispatch. We assume no responsibility for damages occurred during transit. NO PAYMENT, NO DELIVERY OR PICK UP.

For delivery option (lalamove):

1. Kindly note that calculated shipping fee is only good for motorcycle rate (maximum of 20kgs). In case your order exceeds the allowed weight limit, we will contact you to discuss other delivery options.
   
2. You will receive a notification once order is shipped including tracking number or link.
   

For delivery option (Gogo xpress):

1. We will contact you via SMS to inform you about the exact shipping fee after we get the computation from Gogo xpress.
2. Please pay your shipping fee before 4pm for next day pick up. No pick ups during Sundays and holidays.

For pick up option:

1. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to pick up your order. NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL/SMS, NO PICK UP.
2. You will receive a notification once order is ready for pick up including instructions on how to collect order.
   
3. No pick ups during Sundays and holidays.
