Refund policy

All products are true to description. You may send us a message should you have any clarifications about product details. It is the buyer's responsibility to double check if he or she is placing order for the correct size/s and thickness/es. ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. NO REFUNDS FOR WRONG ORDERS DUE TO BUYER'S NEGLIGENCE.

You are eligible for a return if we sent you a defective or different product from what you ordered. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Return should be initiated within 5 working days from order receipt so we strongly advise to inspect items as soon as you can. 

To start a return, you can contact us at ezplasticph@gmail.com. Kindly wait for our instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items damaged during shipping are not considered.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for used items. All sale items CANNOT be returned. 


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges for wrong orders.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via Gcash. Please remember it can take some time for us to process and post the refund too.
